At Poverest we always encourage the children to be open, creative and innovative with their ideas and dreams. We pride ourselves in giving them the best support and resources to make every child successful in all their endeavours. 

A fantastic team of people have worked very hard to make our dream of a Library Bus at Poverest a reality, and we are so proud of the exciting opportunities that this space provides for the children.

The Library bus not only gives children access to a fun, imaginative and safe place to learn, it encourages intellectual growth and creativity along with the capability to use information resources effectively to problem solve and learn about the world around them. It is an exciting, creative place where the main focus is always on the enjoyment of reading.

Every class in the school has an elected Reading Ambassador who helps to tidy and look after the bus, gets requests for new books from their class and feeds this back to their teachers, and contributes new ideas for developing the bus further.
