Our new group of Peer Mediators started their training this week. The children started to think about the restorative approach to solving friendship problems and how it is important to listen to both sides of the story first.

Becky and Leanne from Behaviour Matters, who train our Peer Mediators and support the school with the Restorative Approach to Behaviour also held a parent workshop on ‘Getting the Behaviour you Want.’

The workshops have been very well received and we will be hosting more parent workshops in the future including another Behaviour Workshop from Behaviour Matters next year. As a parent, Mr Haylock found it very useful so we fully recommend attending future workshops if you possibly can.
