The children remembered the D-Day Landing that took place on 6th June 1944.

They watched a video clip and then went on to research the facts, they found out that more than 425,000 Allied and German soldiers were killed.

The children reflected on this fact and discussed what impact this had on the all of the people that were left behind. Two children from Elm Class are showing their work.
