PRIVACY NOTICES
Our school aims to ensure that all personal data collected about staff, pupils, parents, governors, visitors and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) an act of Parliament designed to protect All personal data, regardless of whether it is in paper or electronic format.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, schools are required to adopt a publication scheme that has been approved by the Information Commissioner (ICO).

Unless the law and our policies allow, we will obtain consent before sharing information about pupils or staff with any third party.
